Start And Stop Method

The Start And Stop Method is a basic method for lasting longer in bed during sex. Basically, the man starts sex as normal then stops just before he is about to begin his orgasm. The timing is rather important here. If the "Stop" is too late he may not be able to stop the ejaculation without resorting to other techniques. This is not a permanent cure for premature ejaculation. It can however be used by men as a temporary fix while they seek out more permanent cures. |
